Terms of enrolment
- Free trial. The first class of any group is free and without obligation. One free trial per person per class type.
- Blocks. Classes are sold in blocks of 8 weekly classes. The block is paid in full before the second class, by Revolut or cash. A place is confirmed when payment is received.
- Prices. As shown on the Timetable and prices page on the day of booking.
- Missed classes. A class missed by the participant is not refunded and is not caught up in another group.
- Cancelled classes. If a class is cancelled by the school (illness, hall unavailable, weather), it is replaced at the end of the block or refunded pro rata.
- Withdrawal. If you withdraw after the first paid class, the remaining classes of the block are refunded. After the second paid class, no refund except for medical reasons on request.
- Children. A parent or guardian stays reachable by phone during the class and collects the child on time. Children are not supervised before or after class time. Tell Sofia about any medical condition, allergy or need.
- Photos and video. No photo or video of a child is taken or published without the written consent of a parent. Adults may be asked for consent separately.
- Behaviour. Classes are kind, calm places. Sofia may ask a participant whose behaviour disrupts the class to sit out; repeated issues are discussed with the parent.
- Insurance. Sofi Dance School holds public liability insurance with McCarthy Insurance Group. Participants take part at their own risk and should wear suitable clothing and footwear.
