Who we are. Sofi Dance School is run by Sofia Doroshyna, sole trader, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland. Contact: hello@sofidanceschool.com or WhatsApp 085 756 24 30.
What we collect. When you book a trial class or join a waiting list, we collect the first name you give, a phone number or email, the class you are interested in and your town. If you message on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your number under its own policy.
Why. To reply to you, confirm your trial class and, if you join, manage your place in the block and tell you about dates, holidays and the next block. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and then the contract itself.
What we do not do. We do not sell or share your details. We do not send newsletters unless you ask. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking on this site.
Children. The site is for parents and adults. We never collect a child's details beyond their first name and age group, given by a parent. We never publish a child's photo without the written consent of a parent.
Analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.
How long. Trial requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 6 months. Booking details are kept for the school year and for the time the law requires for invoices.
Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object, by contacting us. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland.
